Starting conversation chain partners

The Starting Conversation is a conversation held at the school with all chain partners associated with the school. It was agreed that each school and each chain partner would conduct the initial interview during the months of September and October. At least once a school year, an evaluation takes place by going through a cycle. You agree together on collaboration and how to match the population of that particular school in that district.

Target

The documents were developed together with the schools and chain partners to provide a quality conversation with each other in a form that secures content when there are changes of colleagues. The evaluation identified as good building blocks for a kick-off meeting: good preparation, being in touch with each other, knowing where responsibilities lie, knowing and taking your own professional space, working toward collective and preventive solutions, and good chairmanship.

The initial conversation with chain partners supports and structures the cooperation of different partners in different schools with different development goals. The kick-off meeting (and accompanying evaluation meeting) will help ensure proper preparation, equal expectations and increase ownership among all chain partners. The preparation form aims to have each partner sit at the table prepared to seek depth during the conversation. During the conversation, the collaborative plan supports in establishing agreements. This can be easily referred to during evaluation, even when there are changes of colleagues.
