Admission Statement

The following principles apply when applying for an eligibility statement:

  1. It is clear that the student is admissible for S(B)O;
  2. It is understood that the TLV must be requested from SPPOH;
  3. There is a receiving school (target school);
  4. In addition to the justification for a student’s eligibility, the duration of the TLV and, in the case of a TLV SO, the funding category are also agreed upon;
  5. The file includes two expert opinions in addition to an OPP and an MDO.

The route of eligibility and placement is currently under development. When there are changes in the procedure, everyone will be informed and it will be posted here on the website.
