New governance structure SPPOH

SPPOH filled the new governance structure with appointments, including Irene van Harten as chief executive officer and Co de Custer as chair of the Supervisory Board. The General Board unanimously approved these choices, which will take effect Sept. 1, 2023.

As you know, important steps have been taken in recent weeks in the establishment of SPPOH’s new governance structure. Representatives of the General Board and the Executive Board, of the management and MRp and of the Support Plan Council of SPPOH, in different compositions, met with candidates for the position of Director-Treasurer, Chairman of the Supervisory Board and member of the Supervisory Board in various appointment advisory committees.

 

Appointments

The unanimous results of the appointment advisory committees were presented to the SPPOH General Board for decision. We are now pleased to report to you that all nominations have been accepted by the General Board. This means that effective September 1, 2023, the following appointments will take effect:

 

  • Director-director of SPPOH:Irene van Harten
  • Chairman of the Supervisory Board of SPPOH:Co de Custer
  • Members Supervisory Board SPPOH:Patrick Banis and Dirkjan de Bruijn, with Patrick Banis appointed on (binding) nomination by the OPR and MRp jointly.

 

The General Board and the Executive Board are pleased that with the appointment of Irene van Harten the continuity in the leadership and direction of SPPOH is guaranteed and that for the Supervisory Board expert and experienced candidates have been found.
